Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dar Al Amirat. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

Domestic shipping policy

The shipping process is carried out within Riyadh on the same day or within two working days, while outside the city of Riyadh, shipping is carried out within two to 6 working days.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or official holidays.

Shipping and home delivery by shipping companies is available in the main cities, but in neighboring villages, shipments are received from the shipping company’s headquarters only

If we experience high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can sometimes occur.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

There are no customs duties applied to your order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all fees charged include VAT

If the customer is outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fees or taxes will be collected on shipments according to the policy of the country to which the shipment is made

Dar Al Amirat Company does not bear responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
