For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for makeup products after purchase.
We will try to deliver your order three times. If you are not present, we will return the order to our warehouse and refund the amount you paid, less the 18 SAR delivery fee.
You must notify us of any problems you experience with the products within seven days of receiving them.
If you receive a product that is not what you ordered or if it is damaged, please contact us immediately via the unified number 14688 9200.
Send us the product photo and your order details so we can better assist you. If the product is furniture or an appliance, a video must be filmed to explain the problem accurately.
Accordingly, we will work to solve the problem quickly, either by sending a replacement product or returning the value of the product to you, as we will return the amount to the original card that you used.
If you want to return a product from all care sections except the makeup section and it is not defective, we will deduct 18 riyals from the refund amount to cover delivery costs. As for orders for the furniture department, 100 riyals will be deducted to cover delivery costs.
If you cancel your order an hour after completing the order, a 10 riyal cancellation fee will be applied - these fees are not applied if the cancellation is made within an hour of completing the order -
If you choose the cash on delivery method and do not receive your order after the representative tries to deliver it three times, you will not be able to use this method again in the future.
Don't worry, we haven't withdrawn money from your account. We only withdraw money when we ship your order. If the order is cancelled, the reserved amount will be automatically canceled and returned by the payment gateway to the original payment card…. If a particular product is not available after placing an order, we will cancel the unavailable product from the invoice. If you receive an alternative, more expensive product based on your order, you will need to pay the difference in price.
If you receive a duplicate order in error, we will return the product at our expense.
